HomeRadar may display images, renders, floor plans, maps, diagrams, logos or other media to help users understand projects and compare properties. Media rights can be complex, so HomeRadar aims to use content responsibly and respond to valid rights-holder requests.

This policy explains possible media sources, attribution, replacement and removal procedures.

Possible media sources

·       Official developer or project materials.

·       Licensed stock or editorial images.

·       User-submitted images where the user has the right to submit them.

·       Open-license or public-domain materials where available.

·       Independently created HomeRadar visuals, maps, diagrams or placeholders.

·       Third-party materials used only where a permitted use or permission applies.

What HomeRadar tries to avoid

·       Copying full photo galleries without permission.

·       Using watermarked images as if they belong to HomeRadar.

·       Removing visible attribution where attribution is required.

·       Publishing private documents, IDs or personal data.

·       Using floor plans or renders in a way that misleads users about availability or final specifications.

Attribution and replacement

Where attribution is required or appropriate, HomeRadar may include source notes, developer credit or other visible references. If rights are unclear, HomeRadar may use placeholders, remove media, request permission, create original visuals, or replace images with licensed alternatives.

Removal or correction requests

Rights holders may contact HomeRadar to request attribution, correction, replacement or removal of specific media. A request should include the page URL, the specific image or file, proof of rights or authorization, and the preferred action.

2.     Explain the rights issue.

3.     Provide proof of ownership or authorization.

4.     State whether you request attribution, correction, replacement or removal.

5.     Provide contact details for follow-up.

Project images and accuracy

Images, renders and floor plans may be illustrative. They may not represent final construction, exact view, available inventory, furniture package, finishing quality or legal specifications. Users should verify current project materials and contractual specifications directly with the developer or seller.
