Correction Policy
Correction & Update Policy
HomeRadar aims to keep project, developer and market information useful, structured and as accurate as reasonably possible. Real estate data changes frequently, so some information may become outdated, incomplete or inconsistent with newer official materials.
This policy explains how developers, owners, representatives and users can request corrections or updates.
What can be corrected
· Project name, address, district or location details.
· Developer name or company information.
· Declared completion timing or construction stage.
· Available unit types, price ranges or amenities.
· Media, images, floor plans or attribution details.
· Outdated public information or duplicated records.
· Factual errors supported by documentation or reliable source links.
How to request a correction
A correction request should include the page URL, the data point that may be incorrect, the proposed correction and supporting evidence. Supporting evidence may include an official developer page, public registry record, updated sales material, signed representative confirmation, or other verifiable source.
1. Send the page URL.
2. Identify the exact field or paragraph.
3. Explain what should be changed.
4. Attach or link to supporting evidence.
5. Provide a contact person for follow-up if needed.
How HomeRadar reviews requests
HomeRadar may review correction requests and update information where the request is supported by verifiable evidence. Some updates may require additional checks, comparison with other sources or editorial review.
HomeRadar may decline or delay changes where the request is unsupported, promotional, unverifiable, misleading, legally sensitive or inconsistent with other reliable sources.
Analytical scores and editorial context
A factual correction does not automatically require changing analytical scores, Review Points or editorial context. Scores may be recalculated when the corrected data changes model inputs. HomeRadar may keep methodology-based indicators where they are based on the current model and available dataset.
No admission or endorsement
Updating a page does not mean HomeRadar admits liability, confirms all materials from the requesting party, endorses a project, or verifies the full legal or commercial status of a developer or property. It only means that the page has been updated according to the available review process.
Important limitation:HomeRadar content is informational. It is not legal, financial, tax, valuation, brokerage, or investment advice. Users should independently verify prices, availability, documentation, ownership, construction status, rental assumptions, and contract terms before making a decision.
