Overview

Polo Parklane is the second project within the Polo Villas quarter and one of Polo Construction’s key completed townhouse communities in Batumi. Public materials describe it as a three-level townhouse project with 50 houses, a large internal territory and a developed residential infrastructure.

The project was designed around the idea of a private inner environment, with a “yard without cars” concept, landscaped common areas and a more secure, community-focused lifestyle. Polo Parklane strengthened the Polo Villas format and became one of the developer’s important reference projects in the low-rise residential segment.
